Full training is provided, with genuine opportunities for ongoing employment and permanent placement for the right candidates.About the Role As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating fixed and mobile plant equipment used in the manufacture and processing of steel products.
You will work to strict safety, quality, and production standards while contributing to the efficient operation of the site.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate wire drawing, fencing, galvanising, and fence post press machineryOperate equipment used to bend and cut bar, steel, and mesh productsMonitor production processes to achieve quality and efficiency targetsConduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or fault issuesSafely handle steel products, including manual handling of up to 20kgMaintain a clean, organised, and protected work environmentComply with all site safety, quality, and operational proceduresAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Machine Operator or within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environmentA current Forklift Licence (essential prior to commencement)The physical ability to perform manual handling tasks,
