Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker (Community Access) to help participants engage with their local community and achieve NDIS goals.
This contractor role offers flexibility to choose when and where you work, with support from a nurse-led organisation.You'll accompany participants to appointments, cafés, shopping, parks, and events; assist with errands; and provide companionship while promoting confidence and independence through person-centred supports.
