The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue and business growth in the hire and sales of construction equipment.
This position is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies that enhance market share and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue opportunities for dry hire asset rentals and equipment salesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored equipment hire and sales solutionsCollaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and best termsPrepare and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targetsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growthMaintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales activity through a dedicated CRM system (HubSpot & Syrinx).
Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to drive retentionRepresent the business professionally in all client and supplier interactionsKey Selection Criteria:Proven track record in sales, preferably within construction equipment or a related industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a results-driven mindsetComfortable with cold outreach.Strong interpersonal,
