As one of Australia's leading not‐for‐profit disability service providers, we empower people from diverse backgrounds to live life on their terms — and we're looking for a leader who shares that mission.About the RoleWe're seeking a dedicated and agile Site Manager to lead two 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Western SydneyReporting to the Regional Manager, you'll guide and mentor a passionate team of Disability Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of best‐practice, person‐centred support.Every day will bring variety, challenge, and the prospect to genuinely change someone's world.What You'll Be DoingCoordinating care and services for residents with complex needsManaging home resources — spaces, assets, and vehiclesInterpreting and implementing complex support plansOverseeing restrictive practices, risk management, and incident reportingChampioning choice, control, and independenceMaintaining accurate documentation and ensuring plans are currentBuilding strong relationships with stakeholdersProviding occasional on‐call support (2–3 times per year)You're a resilient, empathetic, and proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
