Ace Waste collects and destroys waste on behalf of the public and private healthcare system, as well as other state and federal government agencies.You will become part of a team of staff that receive, organise and process containers of waste in a safe and efficient manner.
The role will commence by performing the labour duties you will later be required to oversee.
This is to ensure you have the full knowledge and skill-set to manage subordinates in these tasks.




After successfully performing these duties for 4 weeks, training as a plant operator will commence.Key DutiesOperation of Queensland's largest High Temperature Incinerator (in-house training is provided)Supervise, and assist incinerator operations staffOperation of weighbridge (in-house training provided)Coordination of waste types for incineration or storagePerform labouring duties, as requiredDocument controlAssist with site upkeepSkills & or ExperienceForklift licence requiredA technical/mechanical background is favourableDemonstrated ability to learn recent tasksThe successful applicant must pass a National Police Check and be COVID19 vaccinated.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
