We're partnering with a leading national retailer to recruit a People Advisory to join their Shared Services team during a busy peak period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a high-volume HR environment while supporting one of Australia's most recognised brands.
About the Role
You'll join a specialist team within the Shared Services function, providing support to team members across a range of HR-related enquiries.
This role is focused on delivering a positive employee experience through the timely resolution of pay-impacting issues, system navigation support, benefits enquiries, and recruitment-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to team member enquiries via web-based channelsAssist with pay-impacting issues and employee administration queriesSupport team members with system navigation and troubleshootingProvide information relating to employee benefits and recruitment processesMake outbound calls when required to investigate or resolve enquiriesMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsDeliver a positive and professional team member experience at every interactionWork collaboratively within a high-volume shared services workplace
About You
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive, proactive, and solutions-focused approachStrong organisational and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyPrevious customer service, administration, HR, or shared services experience highly regardedWillingness to learn and develop new skills, including phone-based supportTemporary Contract (7-month)Training: 4-week full-time onboarding (in office)Minimum 2 days per week in officeRostered Shifts: Monday - Friday between 6:30am - 5:30pmImmediate Start!
$40 PH + Super
