This is a full time position based at our Gold Coast workshop, where you'll play an integral role in supporting our daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome clients in person and over the phone in a professional mannerSchedule and manage appointments for our service and repair techniciansHandle customer enquiries, providing updates on job progress and timelinesMaintain accurate records and update client information in our databaseAssist with processing invoices and paymentsOrder parts and supplies as requiredProvide general administrative support across the businessAbout YouPrevious experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience highly regarded)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
