Our customers are at the core of our business, and we aim to provide a seamless experience for every individual.We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our dealership's sales teams in Deer Park and Tottenham.In this role, you will be responsible assisting guests with personalised service to find the right aftermarket products that suit their needs.This includes but is not limited to:Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on presenting them with a range of aftermarket products that suit their needs and requirementsLiaising with suppliers and internal departments and co-ordinating vehicle preparation.Inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery to ensure the application/installation of aftermarket products has been carried out correctlyEffectively communicating explanations of product warrantiesMaintaining all documentation relating to aftermarket operationsThe successful applicant will:Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI'sAbility to show initiative with the desire to take on current challengesExceptional customer service and negotiation skillsHave a valid driver's license and clear Police RecordWhat we offer:We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people through development and growth, both personally and professionally.
