You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilizing comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting.As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.This is a permanent, full-time position.About YouYou will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
You will also demonstrate:Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)12 monthsexperience in an acute mental health care or relevant social services environment.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFlexibility to work a 7-day rotating rosterCommitment to teamwork, patient safety, and qualified growth.A Patient Centred,
