$40-$42 per hourMonday to Friday, 8:15am-4:30pmThree days onsite and two days WFHOngoing casual opportunitySupportive and close-knit teamJoin a large, well-established national organisationAbout the role:Manage high volumes of phone and email enquiriesSupport maintenance, compliance and emergency gas-related requests nationwideAct as the first point of contact for internal customers and contractorsLog, prioritise and follow up technical incidents and maintenance requestsLiaise with technicians, contractors and internal departmentsUpdate customer, maintenance and asset-management systemsMaintain accurate records and documentationComplete correspondence, filing and general administrationAssist with banking, price adjustments and stock reconciliationsAbout you:Technical customer service,



service-desk or maintenance coordination experienceUtilities, industrial maintenance or facilities experienceStrong call-centre experience and communication skillsExperience managing technical faults, work orders or urgent service requestsFamiliarity with asset-management or maintenance-planning systemsIntermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel and general technical skillsConfident liaising with technicians and contractorsAble to prioritise competing issues and remain calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and accurate recordkeepingReliable, punctual and team-orientedIf you have strong technical customer service experience and enjoy coordinating maintenance requests, resolving issues and supporting customers in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you!
