trusted presence.What the role involvesMeaningful social engagement — gaming, watching videos, conversation, humour.Support with daily living activities and building independence.Community access and participation.Establishing routines and structure.Building a trusting, consistent relationship over time.Hours & PayApproximately 5–10 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Above market rates on offer for the right candidate.About youExperience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (essential)Patient, warm, socially engaged, and reliableComfortable with gaming/digital entertainment as part of shift activitiesExperience with community access and daily living supportTamil or Telugu language skills (Not mandatory though)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)A genuine, relationship-first approach to support workBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
