We teach babies through to school-aged children in a warm, indoor pool, with small classes, a structured program, and a genuine focus on helping every child become safer and more confident in the water.We are looking for energetic, reliable Learn to Swim Instructors who love working with kids and want to be part of a supportive team.The roleYou will teach small-group learn to swim classes for preschool and school-aged children, helping them develop water confidence, safety awareness and strong swimming skills.There are also opportunities for the right person to teach:Parent and Child classes for babies and toddlersPrivate lessonsSchool-aged development or squad classesAdditional shifts and leadership responsibilities as you grow with usWe currently have shifts available across weekday mornings, after-school afternoons and Saturday mornings.

school or other commitments.What we're looking forYou will be someone who:Enjoys working with children and brings great energy to every lessonIs confident communicating with both kids and parentsIs reliable, organised and takes pride in doing a good jobCan create a fun but structured learning environmentIs keen to learn, take feedback and improve as an instructorWorks well as part of a close-knit teamPrevious teaching experience is valued, but we are also happy to hear from enthusiastic applicants who are new to the industry and willing to complete the required qualifications.RequirementsAUSTSWIM or Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety, or willingness to obtainCurrent CPR certificate, or willingness to obtainCurrent Working With Children CheckRight to work in AustraliaWhy join Strong Start?
