This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, works well in a team environment, and is committed to completing a nationally recognised qualification in Carpentry.As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of residential and commercial construction projects while receiving structured training and support from experienced tradespeople.Building Industry Training (BIT) will deliver the off-the-job training component of the apprenticeship and provide ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship journey.Key DutiesAssist qualified carpenters with a variety of construction tasks.Learn and apply carpentry skills in a protected and productive manner.Use hand and power tools under supervision.Assist with measuring, cutting, assembling,



and installing building materials.Maintain a clean and safe worksite.Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.Attend and successfully complete all training requirements delivered by Building Industry Training.Current Construction White Card.Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Carpentry.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Reliable and punctual.Ability to work as part of a team.Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.Current driver's licence.Reliable vehicle and transport to travel to various worksites.What We OfferOn-the-job training with experienced carpenters.Nationally recognised qualification in Carpentry.Off-the-job training and apprentice support delivered by Building Industry Training (BIT).
