Ourclient, a technology transformation business located in Melbourne arelooking for someone to lead the implementation and delivery of Autodesk's connected construction stack: Construction Cloud, Docs, Cost Management and Forma fortheir clients across commercial construction and infrastructure.This isn't a purely technical implementation role.
We need someone who understands how money, documents and approvals actually move through a construction or infrastructure project, and who can walk into a room with site managers, PMs, commercial teams and executives and be taken seriously from the first conversation.You'll own delivery end to end - discovery, solution design, configuration, migration, training and post-go-live support — while also keeping an eye out for the next chance in every client relationship.What We're Looking ForEssentialStrong background in commercial construction and/or infrastructure — ideally from a contract administration, cost control, or commercial/project controls or Project Management roleSolid commercial acumen: real, hands-on understanding of budgets, contracts, variations, progress claims, cost reporting and forecastingStrong understanding of construction and infrastructure document flow and approvals — how information, cost and risk actually move through a projectGood technical/computer ability — confident configuring and navigating systems (you don't need to be a developer, but you need to be genuinely comfortable in software, not intimidated by it)Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud,



Autodesk Docs/Data Management and/or Cost Management is highly regarded; digital construction exposure more broadly is desirableWorking knowledge of common data environment principles and information management standards (ISO ***** or equivalent)Confident facilitating workshops and training, and presenting to mixed technical and non-technical audiencesLeads with confidence and instils authority and comfortable in front of site managers, engineers and executives alike, and able to stand your ground when the room pushes backCommercially minded — able to spot and pursue opportunities for further work and referral business within client relationshipsStrong attention to detail — this role touches budgets, contracts and approval workflows where mistakes are costlyExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple concurrent client engagements on scope and on scheduleFull working rights in Australia and willingness to travel to client sitesHighly RegardedExposure to Autodesk Forma or other early-stage design/site analysis toolsIntegration experience: APS/Forge APIs, ERP or finance system integrationsPrior consulting, professional services or reseller/partner experienceAutodesk certifications, or a demonstrated track record of picking up new systems quicklyHow You WorkCurious about how clients actually operate, and comfortable challenging a process rather than just configuring what you're asked forPragmatic, you know the difference between the ideal solution and the one the client will actually adoptSelf-directed, with the judgement to know when to escalateYou genuinely enjoy seeing other people become good at somethingYou understand that trust and credibility open doors — and you know how to use that for the business as well as the client.
