This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in your care and be part of a dedicated team committed to empowering and enabling their clients.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and toiletingSupporting clients to participate in social, recreational, and community activitiesProviding companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activitiesAdvocating for clients and ensuring their rights and needs are metMaintaining accurate client records and documentationAdhering to all organisational policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsWhat we're looking forA genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities and a commitment to empowering their independenceRelevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or DisabilityPrevious experience working in the disability or aged care sector, preferably in a direct care roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationshipsA compassionate,
