Calypso Test AnalystSydney | Contract or Permanent OpportunitiesOur consulting client is seeking an experienced Calypso Test Analyst to join a high-profile financial services program supporting a large-scale trading and post-trade technology workplace.This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, stability and successful delivery of enhancements across the Calypso Trading & Risk Management Platform, covering Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office functions.
Working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for validating complex trading workflows, executing end-to-end testing and supporting business-critical change initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for a testing professional with strong Capital Markets and Calypso experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, system, integration and end-to-end testing across Calypso modulesCreate, maintain and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts aligned to business and functional requirementsValidate trade lifecycle processing across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office workflowsTest enhancements, regulatory changes, platform upgrades and BAU change requestsSupport SIT, UAT and production validation activitiesInvestigate, reproduce and document defects,



working closely with development teams through resolutionPerform data validation and reconciliation activities across integrated systemsCollaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully testable and traceableRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Test Analyst, Senior Test Analyst or QA Analyst within Financial Markets or Capital Markets environmentsStrong hands-on testing experience with the Calypso Trading & Risk Management PlatformSolid understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle from execution through to settlementExperience testing Front Office, Middle Office and/or Back Office functionsExperience creating comprehensive test documentation and managing defectsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsWhat's on Offer?
