In addition to solid hospitality skills and being a great team member the position will include tasks of;Crafting & Serving: Mix high-quality cocktails, pour beers, prepare non-alcoholic drinks, and craft espresso coffee to perfection.Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar service and coffee area.Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming guests, promoting menu offerings, taking orders, and handling cash/card transactions accurately.Stock & Cellar Management: Tap kegs, connect supply lines, restock fridges and shelves, and manage glassware.Light Food Service: Serve and sell food items to guests as required.
