As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare providers.
This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a dedicated and compassionate healthcare team.Australian work rights are required for this position.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional mannerHandling patient inquiries and appointment scheduling in a timely and efficient mannerManaging and organising patient records and documentationAssisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filingProviding general support to the healthcare team as neededMaintaining a tidy and organised reception areaWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting would be an advantageMinimum 1-2 years of reception or customer service experience is preferredA special person - one that can fill in on short notice for personal leave and for annual leaveStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and professional mannerExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyProficient in using standard office equipment and computer software,
