This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a practical, team-oriented environment.The RoleYour duties will include:Plant & Equipment OperationOperating a forklift to load and move cardboard and recyclable materials safelyOperating an 8-tonne excavator to load waste into designated binsConducting daily pre-start checks and reporting faultsYard OperationsGeneral yard tidying,
