Guests experience everything from guided farm tours and tractor rides to animal encounters, daily milking demonstrations and seasonal events.We're entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for an enthusiastic Tourism & Guest Experience Coordinator to help take our visitor experience to the next level.This is an outstanding opportunity for someone wanting to grow their career in tourism, hospitality or visitor attractions.
You'll work closely with both our Venue Manager and Farm Manager, playing a key role in the daily operation and future development of our tourism department.About the RoleNo two days are the same.You'll coordinate bookings, support tour operations, communicate with guests before and after their visit, assist with administration, and ensure every visitor leaves with an exceptional experience.You'll also play an important role behind the scenes by helping improve systems, processes and new tourism products as our department continues to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily tourism bookings and enquiriesManage bookings through FareHarborAssist with scheduling tours, group visits and school bookingsWelcome guests and provide exceptional customer serviceLiaise with tour guides,



café staff and farm staff to ensure smooth operationsRespond to phone and email enquiries professionallyMaintain accurate booking records and reportingAssist with administrative duties using Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceSupport the ongoing development of new tourism experiencesHelp identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiencyAbout YouYou'll be organised, proactive and genuinely enjoy working with people.You don't necessarily need years of tourism experience, we're looking for someone with the right attitude who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and wants to grow with our business.You'll ideally have:Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service or another guest-facing roleComfortable working around farm animals in an outdoor environmentAvailability to work approximately 50% of weekends and public holidays throughout the yearCurrent unrestricted Australian Driver Licence (preferred)Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationConfidence using Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceExperience using booking, POS or business management systems (FareHarbor, Lightspeed Payments or similar is highly regarded)The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA positive, skilled attitude and willingness to learnApplicants must have unrestricted working rights in AustraliaWhat We Offer***** hours per week$*****–$***** per hour under the Amusement Award (MA******) depending on experienceA supportive leadership teamOngoing training and developmentOpportunities to influence and grow a brand-new tourism departmentCareer progression as the business continues to expandWork in one of Victoria's most unique farm tourism destinations
