At Kiddiewinks we foster a child led approach where educators facilitate children's learning with a safe, calm and inviting environment.We ensure that our educators are provided with opportunities for professional development and value the importance of continuous improvement within our exceeding rated service.About the RoleWe are looking forDiploma Qualified Educators (or actively working towards Diploma) to join our team of skilled Educator's.
We are looking for Educator's who will support our learning philosophies and is prepared to undergo supported and paid professional development.
You will have an experienced educational team supporting your integration into our service to help you succeed in the role.What you'll bring:An ACECQA approved early childhood qualification ( or working towards) with experience in the sectorUnderstanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.Skill in observing children's progress,



documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.Ability to contribute to educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.Ability to uphold the policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation.Willingness to undertake continuous improvement in all areas of the service's operations and serviceCommitment to ongoing learning and professional developmentKey requirementsThe successful applicant needs to have:An approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards this qualificationNSWWorkingWithChildren CheckGECCKO National Child Safety CertificateChild Protection (CHCPRT025)First Aid, CPR , Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificatesNational Police Check (or willingness to undertake)Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to undertake)The ability to work part of a team and display a high level of initiativeWorking knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and proven ability to embed in practiceUnderstanding of the National Quality FrameworkExcellent communication skills- written, verbal and digitalUnderstanding of Child Protection Legislation and Child Safe StandardsWillingness to undertake professional developmentDemonstrated experience in the Early Childhood SettingAn ability to establish trusting, positive relationships with children, families and other professionalsA fun, rewarding and supportive working environmentSupportive Management and Team of professional Educator's and staffConnections with community with regular incursions and excursionsIntergenerational Programs with local aged care facilitiesFamily homelike setting with strong connections with children and familiesChildcare Fee DiscountUniform SuppliedAbove Award documentation/planning timeSupport a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvementWhy join usBe part of a team that values professional development, supportive teamwork, and an inclusive environment that fosters growth for children and staff alike.
