As an Instant Return Representative,you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz.
You will be based at our Newcastle Store,



and you may be required to work at other NSW stores within reasonable travel distance.In this role you will;Greeting our customers as they return their vehicles and ensuring a positive customer experienceInspecting the returning vehicle for damageCourteously and expeditiously processing rental returnsSell Hertz rental options to our valued customersEnsure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issuesAbout You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customersPrevious experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferredFlexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)A full and current NZ driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.About the Offer?
