This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee civil construction projects from inception through to completion.
The role is also available in a Sub-Contractor capacity, working under your own ABN.As Civil Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This position is integral to our operations, ensuring seamless project execution and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the construction industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning, scheduling and coordinating all aspects of civil construction projects, including resource allocation and timeline managementLiaising with clients, contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignmentMonitoring project progress and budget performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they ariseEnsuring all work complies with relevant safety regulations, building codes and industry standardsConducting site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain project standardsPreparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports and recordsManaging variations, claims and contractual matters in accordance with project agreementsLeading and supervising site teams, contractors and consultants to achieve project objectivesResolving issues and conflicts that arise during project delivery in a skilled and timely mannerWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProven experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role within the civil/mining industry, ideally managing projects of significant scope and complexityStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologiesExcellent project planning, scheduling and budgeting skills with proficiency in relevant software and toolsSound understanding of safety regulations,
