You will work with one of the world's most progressive luxury automotive brands in a modern workshop environment with access to the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer training.About the RoleAs a Master Technician, you will be a key technical leader within the workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while supporting and mentoring fellow technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Audi vehiclesIdentify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faultsUtilise Audi diagnostic equipment and technical resources to achieve accurate first-time fixesSupport and mentor technicians and apprentices within the workshopEnsure all repairs are completed to Audi manufacturer standardsMaintain detailed repair documentation and workshop recordsWork closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experienceAssist with quality control processes and technical investigationsContribute to workshop productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
