ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYJoin Flight Centre Travel Group and take ownership of product marketing for our global Supply proposition across two flagship corporate brands, FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller.
Based in Brisbane, you'll partner with commercial, product, supply, sales and marketing teams across multiple international markets to shape how our Supply capabilities are positioned, launched and understood.
This is a high-impact role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, influence key business decisions through market insight, and help drive commercial success globally.
If you enjoy autonomy, variety, collaboration, and using AI to work smarter, this opportunity offers plenty of scope to make your mark.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the connection point between global strategy and regional market executionIdentify and share opportunities to improve team efficiency through AI-enabled processesUse AI tools to improve research, content creation, competitive analysis and reporting workflowsProduce recurring internal communications including newsletters, reporting and intranet contentDevelop and maintain naming conventions and brand guideline documentation for Supply solutionsAct as the subject matter expert on Supply positioning and messaging across the customer lifecycleConduct customer, competitor and market research to identify opportunities, risks and emerging trendsDevelop compelling value propositions, positioning and messaging for Supply products and initiativesCritically review AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, brand alignment and stakeholder suitabilityCoordinate training programs and communications to ensure customer-facing teams are launch-readyOwn internal platforms, trackers and knowledge management tools supporting Supply marketing activitiesBuild and maintain competitive intelligence frameworks, including positioning, pricing analysis, market capability tracking and go-to-market monitoringLead go-to-market planning and execution for key Supply initiatives, including communications,
enablement and channel strategyManage end-to-end product launches, including stakeholder alignment, timelines, communications and deliveryDefine, track and report on launch success metrics such as adoption, enablement reach and pipeline influencePartner with product teams to provide customer and market insights that inform product decisions and requirementsCreate sales and customer-facing enablement assets including presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, objection handling guides, templates and battlecardsBuild trusted relationships across Supply, Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management and regional teamsContribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thriveEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written, verbal and presentation communication skillsDemonstrated commercial acumen and customer-centric thinkingExperience creating sales enablement and customer-facing marketing assetsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsGenuine day-to-day use of AI tools such as Claude, Jasper, Perplexity or similarExperience working independently and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyTechnology or marketing-related degree preferred, or equivalent professional experienceTravel industry, supply-side, procurement, distribution or NDC knowledge highly regardedDemonstrated experience developing positioning,
