We're looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Port Hedland depot on a part-time basis, working approximately 25 hours per week.

We work with customers across Australia and focus on practical service, safe operations and reliable support.What you'll be doingPreparing accurate quotations, sales orders and customer updatesChecking pricing, stock availability, delivery details, payment terms and customer information before processing ordersSupporting counter sales,



customer enquiries and CRM activity notesKeeping customers and Area Managers updated on order progress and estimated delivery timesAssisting with receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, freight documentation and stock controlFollowing WHS requirements and helping keep the warehouse secure, tidy and organisedWhat you'll bringExperience in sales support, customer service, warehouse or logisticsClear communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and internal teamsStrong attention to detail when processing orders, checking pricing and maintaining customer or stock informationGood organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence using ERP, CRM or order processing systems, with NetSuite and Salesforce well regardedBasic warehouse knowledge, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock controlCurrent driver's licence, with forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtainWhat's on offerPart-time role, 25 hours per week, based in Port HedlandVariety across sales support, order processing, customer service and warehouse workA practical role where you can build product, systems and branch operations knowledgeUniform, PPE and on-the-job training providedIf you're based in Port Hedland or nearby and want a practical part-time role with customer contact, sales support and hands-on warehouse work, we'd like to hear from you.
