you will enjoy;Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the service's communityDevelop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice, and in accordance with the centre's philosophy and approachDocumenting children's learning and developmentActively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Kingsford Early Learning Centre Group CurriculumRoom leader role expected to lead, mentor and guide a team of educatorsMaintain a positive and constructive team environmentWork positively and constructively with team members, centre director and management teamRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years' experience in early childhood educationAt least 1 year proven track record experience in the relevant leadership role (preferred)Full time working rights with no working hours restrictions, PR or citizenUnderstanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven resultsLeadership capability and confidence guiding a teamA dynamic personality, creativity and a transparent passion for early childhood educationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA cooperative team player who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stagesCommitment to excellence in early childhood
