This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick‐start or further develop a career in Cyber Security while gaining hands‐on experience across IT support, systems administration and cyber operations.
The successful IT Support / Entry Level Cyber Security Officer will join a collaborative team, working 2–3 days per week with flexible hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to grow into a broader Cyber Security role.The successful IT Support / Entry Level Cyber Security Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:Providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to internal staff across hardware, software and Microsoft 365 environmentsAssisting with user onboarding and offboarding, account administration and device configurationSupporting endpoint security, vulnerability management and cyber security best practicesMonitoring and responding to security alerts and escalating incidents where requiredMaintaining ICT documentation,



asset registers and standard operating proceduresAssisting with the implementation and ongoing support of security tools and technologiesWorking closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a secure and reliable IT environmentThe successful IT Support / Entry Level Cyber Security Officer will have experience in the following:Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Help Desk roleA genuine passion for Cyber Security and a desire to build a career in the industryKnowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and endpoint devicesUnderstanding of basic networking concepts and cyber security principlesRelevant IT or Cyber Security qualifications or certifications (or currently studying) will be highly regardedStrong communication, problem‐solving and customer service skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Australian organisation that values learning, development and innovation.
