Our point of difference is clear: we do not just use technology: we build it.Across every division, from frontline operations to corporate services, our bespoke software tools are transforming how we work, improving safety, efficiency, and decision-making in real time.Our technology is not solely for internal use; it is proven, commercial-grade innovation trusted by clients and organisations across Australia and internationally.ACESGroup is not a guard supply company with technology in the background, we are a technology innovation company with a high-tech guarding division.We are shaping the future of the security industry by integrating people, systems, and smart technology to deliver safer, more connected environments.At ACESGroup, innovation is part of how we speak, teach, and operate, and we are seeking team members who wish to develop and grow with us.About the OpportunityAs a Security Contract Manager, you'll be the key link between our clients, Service Managers and frontline teams, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.You'll oversee day-to-day operations across your portfolio, maintain strong client relationships, support your teams, and help drive continuous improvement in service delivery.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with on-call after-hours responsibility.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.Lead, mentor and support operational teams across one or more sites.Ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.Oversee security operations including visitor services, asset protection, access control, crowd management and major event activity.Coach and develop supervisors and security personnel to achieve high performance.Monitor operational performance, quality and compliance across all areas of responsibility.Assist with rostering, workforce planning and operational coordination.Respond to operational issues and provide after-hours support when required.Use ACESGroup's technology platforms to enhance reporting, operational visibility and service delivery.Ensure contractual obligations,



reporting requirements and compliance standards are consistently met.What We're Looking For:Operational LeadershipDemonstrated experience managing security operations in quick-paced, customer-focused environments.Ability to balance client expectations with operational requirements.Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.Minimum three (3) years' management experience leading teams of 20+ personnel.Proven ability to coach, develop and retain high-performing teams.Confident working independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.Stakeholder ManagementDemonstrated success building and maintaining strong client relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working in complex, high-volume operational environments.Technical CapabilityCurrent NSW Security Licence (1A) - 2A highly regarded.Strong rostering, workforce planning and operational coordination skills.High level of computer literacy and confidence using technology platforms.Sound knowledge of security legislation, compliance and industry requirements.Current NSW Security Licence (1A)Current First Aid and CPR CertificateCurrent NSW RSA CardFull NSW Driver LicenceMinimum one (1) year frontline customer service experience (or relevant equivalent experience)Awareness and acceptance of animals and wildlife, including snakes, in parkland environmentsQualifications (or willingness to obtain with our support)Certificate IV in Security Risk ManagementNSW Security Licence 2ASafeWork NSW Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control Plans cardsWhite CardFire Warden and Chief Warden certificationsConfine Small Emergencies/First Attack Fire Fighting certificationSEINS courseStatement of Attainment NAT***** - Handling of Sharps and Infectious WasteWhy ACESGroup?
