Whiteley is a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)–licensed manufacturer of therapeutic and industrial chemical products, with a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and trusted customer partnerships.As the business continues to grow and expand its operational footprint, we are seeking a Group Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead performance across multiple manufacturing sites, including our flagship Tomago facility as well as our current purpose-built Human Therapeutics Plant.This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for aligning production, supply chain, and logistics across our sites—ensuring the business can scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and product.The RoleBased at our Tomago facilities and reporting to the Group CFO and forming part of the Senior Management Team, you will take ownership of end-to-end operational performance across multiple sites.You will lead both strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring consistent performance, optimised capacity, and a scalable operating model as the business grows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimise multi-site manufacturing and supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distributionDrive operational performance and scalability through SOPs, KPIs and continuous improvement initiativesAlign production, capacity, and demand across sites to ensure efficient,
