As our Logistics Supervisor - Concrete (Fleet), your paramount duty will be to guarantee the safety and compliance of our concrete heavy vehicle fleet in accordance with NHVR accreditation.
Located at our Mugga Concrete Plant, you have ownership of all maintenance operations across Southern NSW.Your day will involve:Scheduling & executing preventative and reactive maintenance tasksManaging and approving follow up work identified by suppliers to a predetermined limit of authority and verifying close outReviewing and prioritising maintenance requests utilising internal online systemsMonitoring and reviewing work qualityMonitoring and reporting KPIs such as heavy vehicle outagesLiaising with operations and logistics to manage repair costs within budget constraintsMonitor driver on road compliance and behaviourWhat are we looking for?
