This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package commensurate with your experience and expertise.
As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction are maintained throughout the property.
This is a strategic leadership role that directly impacts the guest experience and the overall success of the hotel.
You will lead a dedicated housekeeping team, manage budgets and resources, and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver the exceptional service our guests expect from a 5-star establishment.Full Australian working rights with no limitations or restrictions are required from all candidates.Key responsibilitiesManage and oversee all daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, maintenance, and management of suppliesLead, train, mentor and supervise the housekeeping team,



ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional standardsEstablish and maintain rigorous cleaning protocols and quality control procedures that exceed 5-star luxury hotel standardsConduct regular room inspections and quality audits to ensure all areas meet or exceed established benchmarksManage housekeeping budgets, including labour costs, supplies, and equipment procurementEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements across all housekeeping operationsCoordinate with other departments including front office, maintenance, and food and beverage to ensure seamless operationsAddress and resolve guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionallyImplement and monitor inventory management systems to minimise waste and optimise resource utilisationDevelop and deliver training programmes to maintain high standards of service and professional conductContribute to staff retention and workplace culture by fostering a positive, inclusive team environmentWhat we're looking forSubstantial experience in a supervisory or management role within 5-star luxury hotel housekeeping operationsProven track record of successfully leading and motivating housekeeping teams to achieve high performance standardsStrong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, guest expectations, and best practices in housekeeping managementExcellent organisational and time management skills,
