You will drive the day to day operation of the kitchen while building a culture focused on quality, consistency, food safety and guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the front of house team, you will lead a brigade that delivers authentic Italian cuisine and memorable guest experiences every day.

What are we looking for
Strong culinary experience leading teams in a premium dining environmentProven people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team membersExtensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniquesPassion for delivering authentic, high-quality culinary experiences and exceptional guest satisfactionDemonstrated ability to manage labour costs, food costs, and kitchen productivityStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance requirementsFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
