Reporting to the Technical Support & Claims Manager, you'll be the escalation point for Level 3 technical enquiries, supporting design, installation, compliance and construction solutions that sit beyond standard manuals.
You'll collaborate across Product Technical, Install, Sales, and R&D; teams to develop technical methodologies, maintain certification, and enhance the tools and documentation that support customers, specifiers, installers, and our internal teams.
This role plays a key part in uplifting technical capability, improving documentation clarity, and ensuring James Hardie continues to lead in product performance, compliance and trusted design solutions.What You'll DoProvide advanced Level 3 technical guidance and problem‐solving beyond standard published recommendationsManage and improve technical services including Take‐Offs, calculators, and the Value Equation programSupport development and continuous improvement of technical documentation, tools,
