An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultantto join a highly regarded advisory organisation supporting major public sector clients across NSW.This is an initial 6–9 month contract and would suit an experienced real estate professional who enjoys combining financial modelling, investment analysis, valuation and strategic advisory across complex property and infrastructure projects.The OpportunityWorking alongside senior Corporate Finance advisers, you will support the delivery of independent commercial and financial advice on significant projects and investment decisions.Building and reviewing complex financial models, including development feasibility, DCF, valuation and scenario analysisUndertaking investment, valuation and commercial analysis across major property and capital projectsAssessing market dynamics, commercial opportunities, risks and key value driversReviewing business cases, investment proposals and development opportunitiesConducting market research and analysis to support strategic recommendationsPreparing high-quality presentations, reports,



investment papers and client materialsWorking directly with senior stakeholders, clients, advisers and other external partiesSupporting negotiations and commercial discussions relating to property transactions, developments and partnershipsAbout YouThe successful candidate is likely to have 5–8 years' experience gained within a leading:Property developerReal estate investment or private equity businessFunds management organisationReal estate advisory or consulting firmYou will ideally bring experience across real estate investment, acquisitions, development feasibility, valuation, capital transactions, or property advisory, alongside solid financial modelling capability.You'll need to be comfortable independently building, reviewing and challenging complex models, with a strong understanding of real estate investment metrics, valuation methodologies, development feasibility and scenario analysis.Apply directly or reach out to Jonny Myers at Redpath Partners for a confidential discussion – /
