With a range of offerings from upscale to luxury, our Lounges receive rave reviews from both our customers and our team.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Full Time - Food & Beverage Attendants (Lounge Runners) to join our First-Class Lounge Team in Sydney International Airport.Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:Creating memorable service experiences for our Qantas Lounge guestsClearing tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy, a la carte serviceExperienced team members can also develop skills in barista and barServingbeverages efficiently using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guestTray clearing- glassware, cutlery,



plates and crockeryWorking closely with multiple departments front of houseas well as our culinary and stores teamsResponsible for carrying and balancing trays with multiple items, maintaining balance and speedRepresenting the iconic Qantas Brand, showcasing immaculate presentationMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practicesIdeal applicants will have full flexibility to work AM and PM shifts including the weekendsQualificationsWhilst technical experience is of importance to us, to be considered for the role, you will have the following:A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the strive to provide total customer satisfaction.Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive, intuitiveand efficient.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.Previous customer service or hospitality experience.Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.A positive team player and guest-centric mindset.MUST have full working rights within in AustraliaAdditional InformationEmployee Benefits for your hard work!
