We value teamwork, professional development andlong termcareer growth, and are committed to creating an environment where our people can thrive.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Victorian team and play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end administration of sales contracts across our development portfolio.Working closely with Sales, Development, Marketing, Finance and external legal partners, this roleis responsible foroverseeing the contract lifecycle from preparation and exchange through to settlement, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This is ahandson, autonomous role suited to adetail drivenprofessional who enjoys ownership, stakeholderengagementand continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the preparation,administrationand settlement of sales contracts acrossallocatedprojectsCoordinate contract exchanges, manage conditional contracts and monitor key milestone dates including finance approval, titles issue and settlementLiaise with sales consultants, development managers,solicitorsand external stakeholders to ensuretimelyandaccuratecontract progressionMaintainaccurateproduct,customerand contract data within the CRM system, including new releases,
pricingupdatesand cancellationsPrepare interim and final settlement statements and process sales incentives,rebatesand referralspost settlementProvidehigh qualitycustomer service support, responding tocontract relatedqueries and managing expectations through to settlementPrepare reports and analysis to support management of conditional sales,settlementsand performance trendsIdentifyopportunities to improve systems, processes andtimeframesacross contracts and settlement activitiesSupport the Sales Manager with reporting, special projects and general administrative requirements as neededAssistwith purchaser enquiriesand settlement processAbout YouQualifications & ExperienceMinimum2years' experience in an administrative role.
Experience in building,propertyor land contracts administration (desirable)Offtheplan conveyancing or paralegal experience highly regardedStrong understanding of contracts, finance approval processes and settlement procedures (desirable0Tertiary qualifications or Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or related disciplines is highly desirable.Skills & AttributesExceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skillsConfident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholdersCustomer-focusedmindset with a calm,solutions-orientedapproachProactive,reliableand qualified, with a willingness to take ownership and initiativeStrong computerproficiency, particularly across Microsoft Office and CRM systemsWhy Join Us?
