Our client is a premium furniture retailer seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their showroom team on a part-time basis.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in furniture and interiors, and is confident in a consultative sales workplace.
You'll be helping customers make considered purchasing decisions while delivering a high level of service throughout the sales process.The RoleYou'll be responsible for creating a welcoming showroom experience, understanding customer needs and providing knowledgeable product recommendations.Key responsibilities include:Welcoming customers and providing personalised serviceUnderstanding customer needs and recommending suitable productsManaging sales from enquiry through to completionBuilding customer relationships and following up on leadsWorking towards individual and team sales targetsMaintaining showroom presentation and product standardsDeveloping strong knowledge of the product rangeSupporting daily showroom operationsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is personable, motivated and confident engaging with customers.
