You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational performance, supporting your team and ensuring the property is presented to the highest standard.Working closely with Head Office, you will oversee all aspects of the business, balancing guest satisfaction, team leadership and commercial performance while maintaining the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere Bush Village is known for.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operations of the property, including front office, guest services and general maintenanceInspire, mentor and support a small team to deliver outstanding customer serviceOversee guest arrivals and departures,



ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-outMonitor budgets, control expenses and contribute to achieving financial targetsWork closely with housekeeping to maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness throughout the propertyDrive occupancy and revenue through local sales, marketing and business development initiativesEnsure compliance with all health, safety and licensing requirementsBuild strong relationships with Head Office through regular reporting and operational communicationIdentify opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience and operational efficiencyAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience managing a hotel, motel, holiday park or similar accommodation property (2+ years preferred)A proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a hands-on environmentOutstanding communication and relationship-building skillsExperience using property management or reservation systems (RMS experience highly regarded)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSound knowledge of property maintenance and facilities operationsA genuine,
