You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle a multi-line switchboard, and triage emergency enquiries while maintaining a calm, qualified manner.This role supports pets and their owners with clear information on services, pricing, and hospital policies.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
