Skillset, in partnership with a well-established manufacturing factory in Lithgow, NSW is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver.This role is ideal for a reliable and safety-focused candidate who has solid forklift operating skills and enjoys working in a quick-paced factory environment.About the RoleThis role is casual, with ongoing hours currently available for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently across the factory, supporting production operations, moving materials and assisting with general warehouse duties as required.DutiesSafely operate forklifts to load, unload and transport materials and finished productsMove stock and materials to production and storage areas as requiredConduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concernsMaintain a clean, organised and safe work environmentAdhere to all workplace health and safety policies and proceduresAssist with general warehouse and process work when requiredSkills & ExperienceCurrent Forklift Licence (essential)Previous experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environmentAbility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nightsStrong commitment to workplace safetyReliable, hardworking and team-oriented attitudeAbility to pass a pre-employment medical,
