This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to lead and manage our retail pharmacy operations.
As Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, and leading a dedicated team.
This role is critical to the success of our retail operations and directly impacts the quality of care we provide to our patients.Key responsibilitiesManage all aspects of daily retail pharmacy operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory controlSupervise and mentor pharmacy staff, providing guidance, training, and performance managementEnsure compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation, regulations, and qualified standardsDeliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionalsManage the pharmacy budget, monitor expenses,
