Based at a Coles Distribution Centre – Somerton Vic, you'll lead a team responsible for maintaining high cleaning, hygiene and food safety standards across the site.
You'll provide day‐to‐day supervision, support team performance and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Cleaning Team MembersEnsure cleaning, hygiene and food safety standards are maintainedAssist with onboarding and training new team membersMonitor safe use of chemicals,



equipment and machineryComplete inspections and maintain quality standardsBuild positive working relationships with the customer and teamEnsure work is completed on schedule and to scope
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience leading or supervising cleaning teamsStrong communication and people leadership skillsExperience managing rosters and team performanceAbility to build strong working relationshipsDriver's licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
