This role could be for you.What you'll be doingWelcome guests on arrival and providefriendly, professional serviceManagecheck‐ins and check‐outs, including bookings and paymentsAnswer guest enquiries about the park, local area, facilities and activitiesAssist with phone and email reservations and general reception dutiesHelp guests with any issues and find solutions quickly and calmlyProvide information about park rules, safety and amenitiesSupport day‐to‐day reception tasks, such as filing, data entry and cash handlingWork closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, activities) to deliver a smooth guest experienceAbout youYou're the kind of person who:Loves interacting with people and deliveringgreat customer serviceIs confident using computers and picking up new systemsStays calm,



polite and skilled – even when things get busyIs organised, reliable and has good attention to detailCan work a mix ofweekdays, weekends, school holidays and public holidaysIdeally, you'll also have:Experience in customer service, reception, tourism, hospitality or similarCash handling and/or booking system experience (front office systems highly regarded)Good local knowledge of the Forster–Tuncurry area, or willingness to learnIf you're friendly, helpful and keen to learn, we're happy to train the right person.What's in it for you?
