production, and safety documentation in accordance with site requirements.Actively participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, shift handovers, roster change meetings, and other safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture and effective team communication.What You'll BringWe're looking for operators who take pride in their work and share our commitment to safety.You'll have:Previous experience as a Shotcrete OperatorPrevious experience with the operation of Sandvick, Normet and Jacon Maxijet shotcreting machinery.Experience with operating heavy earthmoving equipment, excavators etc will be considered.Underground mining experience (desirable)Good organisation and time management skillsValid manual driver's licenseAbility to obtain a National Police CertificateA work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's mottoConsider it done - safely.Why Join Redpath?
