The current programs within CCS are;Adult community mental health and wellbeing teamsYouth community mental health and wellbeing teams including Headspace ColacAged community mental health and wellbeing teamsChild and Infant mental health and wellbeing teamDrugs and Alcohol ServicesEating Disorder ServicesTherapy ProgramClozapine ProgramThe responsibilities for CCS are shared between the Program Manager and Clinical Lead, reporting to the Clinical Director and Co-Director.Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across Continuing Care Services.Lead service improvement, workforce capability and quality outcomes.Partner with clinical leaders to deliver safe,
