Product and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiencesMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growthTranslate insights, trends and competitor activity into actionable marketing initiativesWork closely with external agencies and partners to execute high-quality campaignsSupport events, client engagement initiatives and brand activations across the Australian marketHelp bring the Pepperstone brand to life for both existing and prospective clientsAbout youWe're looking for someone who's equal parts creative, commercial and culturally connected.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)Around 5+ years of marketing experience within a fast-paced B2C environmentExperience developing and executing digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of Chinese-language marketing channels and platformsCultural awareness and understanding of Australia's Chinese-speaking communitiesConfidence working with data and campaign insights to inform decisionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA cooperative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and regionsA proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for delivering resultsExperience within financial services, fintech, trading,
