With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.About the RoleDue to continued growth and increasing project demands across the South East Queensland region, Contract Resources is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Brisbane operations team.This role will see you leading the safe and efficient delivery of site operations while working closely with clients, operational teams, and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for overseeing day to day site activities, managing personnel, equipment, and resources, and ensuring operational, financial, and safety objectives are achieved.We are looking for a strong leader with a proven background in heavy industry, industrial services, or contract service delivery who can drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships,



and lead high performing teams in a dynamic environment.Role Accountabilities include:Lead and manage site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive service deliveryProvide leadership, coaching, and development to Supervisors and site personnelBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersDrive operational excellence and identify opportunities to improve productivity and performanceManage labour, equipment, subcontractors, and site resources to meet operational requirementsOversee equipment utilisation, maintenance planning, and compliance requirementsMonitor site financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, costs, and marginsReview estimates, variations, and commercial documentation in line with company proceduresIdentify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategiesEnsure all work is delivered in accordance with HSE, quality, contractual, and company requirementsMaintain effective communication between site operations, clients, and senior managementChampion a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives across the siteAbout Contract ResourcesWe are a global team of problem solvers setting new benchmarks through innovation and teamwork.

With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.Requirements & Experience NeededMinimum 10 years' supervisory, operational, or technical management experience within heavy industry, industrial services, mining, oil and gas, or a related sector, or 5 years' experience in a similar Site Manager positionDemonstrated experience leading teams in a safety focused environmentStrong understanding of operational management, contract delivery, and commercial performanceProven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performanceExperience delivering projects and operational scopes on time and within budgetStrong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsSound understanding of HSE requirements and risk management principlesStrong leadership, communication, and problem solving skillsRelevant Trade Qualification or Tertiary Degree requiredProject Management qualifications or training highly regarded
