If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make a real difference, this is your opportunity to join a progressive team and support patients through their fertility journey.This is a part time fixed term positionWhat you will doCoordinate end-to-end IVF/ART treatment cycles, ensuring timely bookings and smooth transitionsManage theatre and procedure lists, resource allocation, and schedulingCommunicate test results and treatment information with clarity and empathyConduct patient education sessions using accessible, culturally respectful approachesCollaborate with clinicians and teams to ensure coordinated care and risk managementMentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering capability and confidenceMonitor stock and equipment to maintain readiness and reduce wastePrepare and maintain theatre and recovery environments in accordance with best practice.Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.Deliver safe post-anaesthetic recovery care and discharge education.Uphold patient privacy and organisational compliance at all timesSuccessful Candidates will BringExtensive experience managing healthcare operations, preferably in IVF,



Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) or specialist medical services.Familiarity with ART, NSQHS standards and regulatory compliance.Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to engage stakeholders effectively.What we are looking forCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (meeting NMBA standards)Scanning experience will also be highly regardedMinimum two years' clinical perioperative experience in any or all scrub, scout, recovery and anaesthetics in day surgery or theatre settings.Skilled in clinical systems with meticulous documentation practicesStrong communication skills, empathy, and ability to mentor and collaborate effectivelyAbout City FertilityOver 21,000 babies and countless smiles for more than 21 years.As one of Australia's leading IVF and fertility service groups, we combine cutting-edge science with compassionate care.
