Manage an end-to-end portfolio of Financial Lines claims across Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber and other Claims Made classesLiaise with clients, brokers, insurers, panel solicitors and other key stakeholders throughout the claims processReview indemnity decisions and provide technical claims guidanceMonitor claim progress and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve claims processes and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain strong relationships while delivering outstanding client serviceWhat do you need?
Previous Financial Lines or Claims Made insurance experience is essentialAlternatively, a legal background with insurance litigation or Financial Lines exposureStrong technical understanding of Professional Indemnity, Management Liability and/or Cyber claimsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex indemnity mattersHighly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Lines Claims qualified or legally qualified candidate looking to step into a technically rewarding role with a business that genuinely invests in its people.
